Eswatini Water Services Corparation Mobile Application
We Designed and developed a mobile application for Eswatini water service corparation customers that enables them to do the following:
- View and pay thier bill using bank cards and mobile money
- Apply for different services that are provided by the company
- Report any illigal activities anonymously
- Report and Track status of any reported issues.
Eswatini Government preformance management system
We developed a performance management and appraisal system for the government. That enables the setting of ministry goals, vision and mission making it to department and employees goals and vision.
It enables the creation and management of contracts, this helps the system rate employees’ performance against their goals and contract. The system has custom reports set to report at customer intervals.
The system allows for some users to be set as data clerk to enable capturing of information for users without internet access or without the technology know how.
